  • Services are provided as agreed between Rutland Concierge and each client.

  • Payment terms, fees, and cancellation policies are shared with clients before any appointment.

  • Invoices must be paid within the agreed time frame unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with 14 days’ notice or more will not incur any charge.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the appointment will be charged in full.

  • We may, at our discretion, waive fees in genuine emergencies.

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

  • While we take great care in all we do, Rutland Concierge will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of this website or our services, except where required by UK law.

  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
